Abstract
Remarkable progresses of science and extensive development of modern technologies have led academic ability to become one of the tools of power. Accordingly, governments are trying to promote their higher education system in such a way that their position would improve on the basis of its performance. One of the most effective ways is to develop a comprehensive and integrated model for evaluation and ranking of universities and higher education institutions. Reaching such a model needs identifying factors and criteria that are related to evaluating the universities performance, choosing compatible factors with Iran’s higher education system, classification of the criteria and finally, representing them in a model. In this research, according to the literature review and expert’s point of view, eight factors were presented as the basic parts of the model as follows: educational, research, cultural, student, management and human resource, information technology, quality assurance and educational and research space factors. By using factor analysis, the extracted criteria were classified according to these eight factors and the final model was presented. The use of this model will cause integrating the system of performance evaluation of universities and higher education institutions. It will further help them to pursue their competition in such a way that consequently help the country to reach the desired scientific capability.

Abstract
Background and Objectives:HBV and HTLV-I are life threatening infectious agents in patients who receive blood and blood products. Although serological methods have been proved to be useful, detection of these viruses has remained a challengingissue due to the many obstacles. By the advent of Nucleic Acid Testing methods, especially in multiplex format, more precise detection is possible.The objective of this study was to develop a reliable, rapid and cost- effective method tosimultaneously detect HBV and HTLV-I. Materials and Methods: We have developed a multiplex Real time-PCR assay for simultaneous detection of HBV and HTLV-I. Primer sets were designed for highly conserved regions of genome of each virus. Using these primers and standard plasmids, we determined the limit of detection, clinical and analytical specificity and sensitivity of the assay. Monoplex and multiplex Real-time PCRs were performed. Results: Analytical sensitivity was considered to be 1000 and 100 copies/ml for HBV and HTLV-I, respectively. High concentration of one virus had no adverse effect on detection of t low concentrations of the other one. By analyzing 30 samples, clinical sensitivity of the assay was determined to be 87% and 96% for HBV and HTLV-I, respectively. Using different viral and human genome samples, the specificity of the assay was verified to be 100%. Conclusions:We have developed a reliable, rapid and cost effective method tosimultaneously detect HBV and HTLV-I.Our results indicatedthe high capability of this simple and rapid method for detecting these viruses in clinical samples.

Abstract
Background: Health care workers (HCWs) are at the risk of the acquisition of occupational transmissible diseases. Controversial results have been reported about hepatitis C virus (HCV). The main objective of the recent study was to evaluate the seroprevalence of HCV and its relationship to the occupational history and exposure of HCWs in two teaching hospitals in Tehran-Iran.
Materials and Methods: A seroprevalence survey of HCV was conducted using serum samples obtained from 1400 HCWs in two teaching hospitals during 2012. The samples were screened by ELISA for the presence of anti-HCV antibodies.
Results: In none of the participants the HCV antibody was detected. Needle stick injury was significantly higher among nurses. Younger HCWs with a shorter professional life had more frequent needle stick injury (p<0.001).
Conclusion: The seroprevalence of HCV in HCWs was considerably lower than that reported in the general population, and needs to be evaluated on a larger scale.

Abstract
Background: Low Back Pain (LBP) is one of the most common Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs). Teachers are among those who are at risk for the MSDs due to their occupation. Education. The aim of this study was to compare the effectiveness of two education methods in reducing pain and functional disability in two groups of teachers.
Methods and Materials: In this experimental study two questionnaires of VAS, to measure the pain severity, and the Oswestry Disability (ODI) questionnaire for measuring functional disability were distributed among the 175 teachers with LBP as pre-test. Participants were randomly divided into three groups: one control group with 35 participants and two experimental groups with 70 participants. One of the experimental groups received education by face-to-face lecturing and the other one with a tutorial CD. Eventually, 6 weeks after the intervention, post-test was conducted.
Results: The mean value for of pain and functional disability was not significantly reduced in the control group. But in both intervention groups, there was a significant decrease in pain and functional disability. The pain intensity in face-to-face education group decreased from 5.13 ± 1.54 to 3.79 ± 1.76 and in CD education group from 5.11 ± 1.57 to 2.63 ± 1.56, indicating that the most pain reduction was in the CD e education group. The mean of functional disability was reduced in face-to-face education groups (from 29.60 ± 10.97 to 20.74 ± 10.16 and in CD education group from 33.06 ± 13.04 to 19.43 ± 12.47.
Conclusion: CD education method was more effective than face to face education in reducing back pain. Education. Therefore, considering the low cost but high effectiveness of CD education methods, it is recommended that this method be used more for teachers' education.

Abstract
Research subject: In this research we studied the anti-corrosion properties of epoxy coating containing anti-corrosion pigment zinc phosphate with hydrophobic nano silica with different percentage also for determine the optimal conditions for preparation of nanocomposite Taguchi experimental design method was used.
Research approach: Anti-corrosion properties of epoxy coating under the influence of very important factors such as the percentage of nano silica, anticorrosive pigment and pigment to resin ratio according to model L9 taguchi method was studied and analyzed. Anti-corrosion properties of epoxy coatings were studied by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy test (EIS) in 3/5% NaCl aqueous solution and salt fog test (salt spray). To investigate the distribution of nano silica particles in epoxy resin were analyzed by transmion electron microscope (TEM) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results show that using from zinc phosphate and nano-silica was able to improve the corrosion resistances.
Main results:Results shows that addition of zinc phosphate and nano silica to epoxy resin caused a decrease in number of blisters and corrosion products after exposure to corrosion test based on the results in Nyquist and Bode plots, also the similarity in results was observed for the epoxy coating loaded according to the optimum conditions with 8% zinc phosphate, 3% nano silica and pigment to resin ratio of one according to salt spary. The significance levels of the experimental parameters, which indicate how the factors affect the compressive addition of zinc phosphate and nano silica to epoxy resin, were determined by using variance (Anova) method.

Abstract
Bean yellow mosaic virus (BYMV, Potyvirus, Potyviridae) causes serious disease in Gladiolus spp. In this work, the possibility of obtaining BYMV free plant material from virus infected gladiolus corms was studied. Thermotherapy, meristem-tip culture and combination of both techniques on infected corms/meristem-tip explants (0.5–1 mm in length) resulted in BYMV elimination up to 15.38, 78.04 and 86.66%, respectively, as determined by double antibody sandwich-enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (DAS-ELISA) and reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (IC-RT-PCR). Individual virus-free shoots readily rooted in vitro and were transferred to corm formation medium. The results showed that thermotherapy promotes the survival rate of explants during meristem-tip culture steps (except regeneration step) and also plantlet acclimatization. Statistical analysis showed that the BYMV elimination in gladiolus corms was significantly (P ≤ 0.01) affected by thermotherapy treatment of infected corms. Thermotherapy combined with meristem culture can greatly improve BYMV elimination efficiency from infected gladiolus corms, resulting in the production of BYMV free gladiolus plants.

Abstract
Aim: Many patients with chronic renal failure are prone to depression and anxiety. A self-efficacy promotion-training program can be effective in these mental disorders. Thus, the aim of this study was to investigate the effect of education based on self-efficacy theory on improvement of mental health in hemodialysis patients.
Methods: This interventional study that conducted in 2016 on 70 hemodialysis patients (35 in experimental group, 35 in control group). The data collection instruments consisted of demographic questionnaire, self-efficacy (SUPPH) and researcher-made validated and relied questionnaire of mental health (6 questions). The data were collected in two steps: before and three months after the training intervention. The educational program was performed for the experimental group in two half-hour sessions. The obtained data were analyzed by SPSS 16, Paired-test, Independent t-test, Chi-square and Mann-Whitney’s test at the significance level of α=0.05.
Findings: The groups did not differ significantly regarding the mean of mental health before the study (p=0.56). However, three months after the intervention, the mean of self-care in the field of mental health in the experimental group was significantly higher than in the control group (p<0.001).
Conclusion: The research results showed that employing the educational program based on self-efficacy theory was positively effective as for promotion of self-care in the field of mental health in hemodialysis patients.

Abstract
The effect of Spirulina powder at levels of 0 (control), 3, 7, and 10%, of food ratio on growth, survival, and total carotenoids of dwarf gourami fry (Trichogasterlalius) of 3.6 g average weight as well as its larval stage was investigated for a period of 8 weeks. Carotenoids was significantly increased with increase in spirulina level up to 7% (p<0.05), but not significantly different from 10% level (p> 0.05). Survival showed no significant difference (p> 0.05). In larvae, survival, total carotenoids and total length increased significantly with increasing spirulina powder (p<0.05). Overall, the spirulina powder at 3% improved the growth and total carotenoids factors in pre-adult gourami and 10% level for larval stage as the best treatments in this study.

One of the methods which may be used in combating terrorism is the use of force by states. With the increase of terrorist acts, the use of force by victim states as a necessary response to terrorism has become inevitable. In state-sponsored terrorism, states do any efforts to support terrorism within or out of their borders. There is a consensus that states supporting terrorism engage in illegal activities and are internationally responsible for their acts. If International community is incapable to confront terrorism, especially state¬ sponsored terrorism, injured states have no alternative except defending their interests and security and nations. The question is whether on the bases of international law, there is any legal justification for using force against terrorism. At present, international documents especially UN Charter invite states to settle their disputes in a peaceful manner and ask them to avoid every measure comprising the use of force. Meanwhile, the context of Article 51 of the Charter is an exception to the general prohibition of the use of force. The UN Charter provides that force may be exerted in cases of self-defense in response to an armed attack. Where terrorist acts form a consistent pattern of violent terrorist action rather than just being isolated or scattered attacks, the victim states can use force against these actions. In this situation, the use of force can be justified as self-defense under Art. 51 of the Charter. When terrorist activities reach systematic proportions to constitute an armed attack, the attacked state may respond to these acts with force based on the actual necessity and proportionality between attack and defense.

Abstract
Considering frictional, inertial and machining forces, the authors have presented an enhanced analysis of a hexapod table as used in milling machines. The Newton-Euler analysis of hexapod’s components has been implemented by a simulation program developed by the authors in MATLAB environment and the results have been verified by those of others. The impact of various loads involved in machining operation carried out on a milling machine equipped with hexapod table has been presented in the paper. This provides a potential machine tool designer with guidelines on the importance of these loads and helps him give appropriate weights to them.

Abstract
Aims: Monitoring of the fish biomass is one of the basic principal of fisheries management, but ornamental and reef fish stocks, because of difficulty of estimating their abundance, have been less studied than others. The aim of this study was to estimate the standing biomass of ornamental and reef fishes in Larak Island, in the Strait of Hormuz.
Materials &Methods: Standing biomass of the fish species was assessed seasonally using Underwater Visual Census Method (UVCm) in coral reefs and mesophotic coral reefs in Larak Island throughout 2018 and 2019. Two popular methods in UVCm (belt transect and stationary point) were used based on topography of sea bottom. The confidence interval of estimated standing biomass is calculated using bootstrapping method.
Findings: The standing biomass of ornamental and reef fishes is estimated as 2522.18, 5222.17 and 1325.15(Kg.) in Site 1, Site 2 and Site 3, that are located in 3-15meters depth. The standing biomass at Site 4, was estimated as 884.13kg. The minimum were observed in summer, also the result showed that the standing biomass in summer was significantly lower than other seasons (P <0.05). In addition, the temporal diagnostic test showed that population structure of fish in the spring, autumn, and winter seasons was similar but significantly different from the population structure in summer.
Conclusion: The less of standing biomass in summer season can be affected by seasonal migrations of fish in tropical and subtropical waters to deeper waters, in order to trade of the stresses caused by temperature fluctuations.

Abstract
Intertextuality examines the relationships between texts. Because in every text there are references to earlier works. It can be said that there is no new and original text. In intertextuality, two texts are compared: a text below and a rough text. Genette divides intertextuality into three categories, which can be examined in the form of the explicit, implicit, and implicit presence of one text in another. In this article, the authors first explore the roots of Rumichr's mystical anecdotes and thoughts in the first book of Masnavi in mystical, fictional, interpretive works, Davin poetry, and Arabic historical books. Then he divides these anecdotes into three categories based on Genetchr's theory of intertextuality. At this stage, the following text of Masnavi is specified. This text below should have both chronological and historical precedence over other texts and should be most similar to Masnavi's narration. This study shows that Rumi had read many Arabic historical, interpretive, fiction, and mystical books before him and brought them to the margins of Masnavi. However, in all the cases studied, he has changed mystical thoughts and previous anecdotes to achieve his mystical, theological, and moral goals. Meanwhile, Ibn al-Farid and al-Thalabi are more present in the first book of Masnavi than others in the field of mystical theories and anecdotes.

Abstract
Due to the importance of resources of code articles and their role for interpretation of codes, the author has compared articles of contracts and obligations in Iranian civil code (articles 183-300) with Shiite law and French law and then he has declared his view about their main resources in every case.
Although the writers of civil code haven't hidden their continued desire for applying articles of civil code to bases of Shiite law, the author believes that the articles of this section of civil code have considerably used both sources; i.e. Shiite and French law.

Abstract
Objective: Hepatitis C virus is the major cause of viral hepatitis and its diagnosis in suspected specimens is of great importance. The risk of transfusion- transmitted virus infection is primarily the result of failure in serological screening tests to detect recently infected donors in the pre-seroconversion window period of infection. Therefore, sensitive and accurate diagnosis of HCV prior to antibody production to reduce window period is necessary.
Materials and Methods: In the present study, a sensitive and specific RT-Nested PCR method for detection of a conserved HCV 5'UTR sequence was developed. Two pairs of primers for amplification of the target sequence in two rounds of PCR were selected. The developed RT-Nested PCR assay was performed on HCV-antibody confirmed positive samples as well as negative controls and standard samples. In order to compare the results, One Step RT-PCR kit was used in this study.
Results: 25 HCV-positive plasma samples whose positivity were confirmed by ELISA and Western Blot tests, also as well as 10 fold dilutions of a high viral load plasma sample obtained from a HCV-positive patient as standard samples and 25 negative control plasmas from healthy blood donors were collected and tested by this assay. In all of positive samples a 175bp band was observed on agarose gel electrophoresis, but no band could be detected in negative control plasma. Results from developed RT-PCR assay and One Step RT-PCR kit showed a good correlation.
Conclusion: According to the results of this study, the developed RT-Nested PCR assay has a good sensitivity and specificity for diagnosis of HCV infection. It has the advantage of viral genome detection prior to seroconversion and can be used to detect HCV infection during window period

Abstract
Government support for attracting investment in Persian Gulf marine fish farming has provided the grounds for Iran's fisheries development. Sea bass is a valuable species in the global market that, while helping food security and exports, also brings offshore security to the country by farming in marine cages. Production of more than 26,000 tons in the five years leading up to 2019 and its 45% growth in southern Iran promises more success for it. The study reviews Iran's position in the production of Sea bass fish in the southern waters of the country and identifies its strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities and threats. Therefore, with self-sufficiency in the supply of fry and inputs, strengthening training and research in the field of marine fish, organizing the internal market and continuous monitoring of the international market, monitoring pollution and its environmental impact assessment and developing the support chain of related industries before and after Will be able to provide sustainable development.

Abstract
This study was conducted to investigate the possible effects of cages culture Asian sea bass fish (Lates calcarifer) on the population structure of macrobenthos in the Rigo area of Qeshm Island in Hormozgan province during a breeding period in 1397 were investigated. The average abundance of macrobenthos at the location of the cages culture and the refrences site in this study was equal to (52765 ± 19154 in m2) and (50642 ± 21002 in m2), respectively.The results showed that at the time of the study among the identified the genus of Ammonia sp. With a relative abundance of 73.41 percent at the location of the cages compared to the control station and Archasterope sp., Spirolochulina sp. and Nephtys sp. with a relative abundance of 63.9%, 49.1% and 12.6%, respectively, were more dominant in the control station compared to the location of the cages.The loading rate of organic matter in the bed of the cages was significantly affected by fish farming activities and in some times showed a significant difference with the control station (P<0.05). In general, at the time of the study, activities related to fish farming in cages had no effect on the population structure of macrobenthos in the study area.

Abstract
Objective: Plasmodium falciparum chloroquine resistance is a major problem in malaria endemic areas. Single nucleotide polymorphisms in pfcrt and pfmdr1 genes are known to be associated with chloroquine resistance in some parts of the world. The major goal of the present study was to detect the five single nucleotide polymorphisms in pfmdr1 gene and one single nucleotide polymorphisms in pfcrt gene.
Materials and Methods: Total of 26 blood samples were collected from falciparum malaria infectious person with chloroquine failure in Chabahar, a harbor located in Sistan baluchestan during 2 years. Detection of single nucleotide polymorphisms were carried out by Real-Time PCR using Light CyclerTM hybridization probe assay.
Results: Our data showed that the pfmdr1 N86Y mutation was detected in 6(23%) samples. Although this mutation was not observed in the first year but in the second year it was substancial. In addition the pfcrt K76T mutation was detected in 11 samples (42.3%) of CVMNT haplotype, 7 samples (26.9%) of CVIET haplotype, 5 samples (19.2%) of SVMNT haplotype and 2 samples (7.6%) of SVIET haplotype.
Conclusion: The mutations considerably have increased during 2 years. Our results showed single nucleotide polymorphisms in pfmdr1 and pfcrt genes. This could be considered as chloroquine resistance markers for malaria control in Chabahar.

Abstract
Estimation of coral fishes biomass is needed as a basic benchmark for assessing the ecological status and fishing potential of coral reefs. Different methods are used to sampling the biomass of these communities, that direct observation is one of the preferred methods with respect to the non-destructive advantage. The purpose of investigation was to estimation standing biomass of coral fishes by Underwater Visual Census method (UVCm) in Abu-Musa Island seasonally from October 2019 to September 2020. also confidence interval was calculated of these estimations from the bootstrapping test (95%). Standing biomass of Coral fish and their confidence interval (95%) by bootstrapping simulation (n=479) were determinated 2923.6 kg., 4576.2 kg, and 1645.4 kg for the stations one, two and three respectively. The difference in the biomass standing of coral fish in three station could be related to the lack of differences in the amount of developed reefs, coral communities and significant differences in habitat availability. Also, the standing biomass of coral fishes in the Abu-Musa Island are limited, that can be attributed to their low habitat, shortage of carrying capacity and the short life of the Persian Gulf basin, and stress that occurs in the ecosystem, especially bleaching events, that need more study in the future.
