Abstract

Even today, Sheikh Eshraq's cryptic stories can be a great guide to us. In the sense that they can make human beings and show us the world around them. Because Sheikh in these stories regularly seek to represent the hierarchy of the universe and the position of the human in his proof that the human soul was the abstract light that originated in the set of existence. But the material body that belongs from the sacred universe has fallen to the darkness of the material universe, and it has been captured there. Then happiness comes back to its original itself. So, to identify more the main place soul of human speech in these cryptic stories, he has arranged the quadruple hierarchy of the universe based on the problem of the sulk and love between lights in the form of secret and the form of detailed that consist of universe wisdom, universe egos, objects, and purgatory universe and example universe among these factors Sheikh Eshraq emphasized the universe or imagination. It is the storytelling scene of his cryptic.

Abstract

Behrouz Akhlaghi Associate Professor of Faculty of Law and Political Sciences, Tehran University Hossein Beyabangard Ph.D. Student of Private Law, Tarbiat Modares University Technology transfer, a procedure based on which, sciences, technologies, skills and Scientific and technical abilities, owned or controlled by a foreign country or foreign company are transfered to a country or company, demanding them, constitutes one of the basic subjects of the foreign direct investment. Technology transfer is one of the most essential and fundamental subjects in foreign direct investment. Obtaining new technologies innovated by developed countries and the multinational companies is a principal goal of the developing countries. Technology Transfer from the standpoint of the analysis of it's nature within the legal system of the Islamic Republic of Iran, is already entailed in Article 10 of Iranian Civil Code. Technology as an immaterial commodity is transferable, both commercially and non-commercially. Joint-ventures, some times interpereted as legal participation or commerical participation, is considered as important and efficient method for the commercial transfer of technology. Among the different methods of advanced technology transfer, the foreign direct investment by way of establishing joint venture companies is of the autmost importance. For on the one hand, the foreign investore due to it's partnership in management and ownership usually present acceptable Technology. On the other hand, on accounts of local partner's awarnece of internal circumstances the Legal, economic and political sensitivities are minimized.

Abstract

This study focuses on the role of neutralization techniques in the impact of variables of organizational commitment and employees' communication approach towards the client in advancing ethical intent. The purpose of this research, applied and in terms of information gathering method, is descriptive survey. The statistical population of the study consisted of 438 staff of the insurance agents' offices in Rasht city. A total of 210 questionnaires were collected through stratified random sampling. A standard questionnaire was used for data collection which confirmed the reliability and construct validity in the research. To test the conceptual model of research, Smart PLS software was used. Findings showed that organizational commitment of employees directly affects their ethical intention in the organization (0.307), but on the other hand, neutralization techniques can also be effective deterrent (-0.263) in achieving the intention Morals in organizations. Also, in completing this finding, it was found that the promotion of customer orientation in organizations led to a reduction (- 0.317) of the use of neutralizing techniques by employees and could indirectly increase the ethical intention of organizational staff

Abstract

Aims: The present study intends to assess the toxicity of CuO and ZnO nanoparticles (NPs) at laboratory conditions on some pathogenic bacteria for the reared fish, as well as, a bioassay on rainbow trout.
Material & Methods: For this purpose, the sensitivity of them to the mentioned NPs with a reference antibiotic (florfenicol) was assayed through the well diffusion method, as well as, minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) and minimum bacteriocidal concentration (MBC) were determined by microdilution technique. On the other hand, the lethal toxicity test has been accomplished to the calculation of median lethal concentration (LC50) on some rainbow trout (55.3±7.6 g) in static condition for the 96 consecutive hours. We use one-way ANOVA and Probit regression in order to data analysis.
Findings: Results show that NPs of copper oxide and zinc oxide could significantly inhibit the growth of Streptococcus iniae or kill it at 0.18 and 0.24 µg/ml and more, respectively. The comparison between LC50-96h quantities of CuO NP (107.4 µg/l) and ZnO NP (102.3 µg/l) indicated that the CuO NP has more toxic potential.
Conclusion: According to the laboratory findings, the susceptibility of S. iniae and L. garvieae to ZnO NP were close to florfenicol. The mortality in the fish species due to lethal toxicity would occur if the effective concentration of NPs on the bacterial pathogenic agents being used directly.

Abstract

The focus of this research is on lingual instruments which can be used for tracing a single identity through the text. 80 girls and women attended in this study and narrated the Pear Story. Pear Story is a universal nonverbal film which is designed by Chafe in 1980. The data were stored and were analyzed by statistical tests. For qualitative analysis the concept of Roach’s basic level was used. Both groups were equal in using the hyponym words but they were different in using the opposite side. They also were different in tracing the identity of words. It means that they have referent to a word after its first mentioning, although equal referring to a word in all text had high frequency in both groups. It seems that children became similar in their vocabulary to adults; but based these results we have to consider the differences in every content.
1. Introduction
The emergence of the narrative almost coincides with the first memories that adults remember from their childhood. It can be said that narrative is a representation of an event or a set of events (Abbott, 2002, p. 13). Narration is the main subject of this study and to do that, 40 9-year-old children and 40 females 22- to 18-year-old adults have orally told a non-verbal film, the "Pear" story. Made by Chief (1980), the film is used as a universal tool for extracting information from translating non-linguistic experience into linguistic storytelling. The purpose of this film is to extract and study linguistic examples from all over the world. Data from some languages, including English, German, Greek, Japanese, Chinese, and Mayan Indians, have been reviewed, analyzed, and compared, but there is no room for a detailed study of Persian data. In this research, the method of word selection and the quality of preserving the identity of those words throughout what is mentioned in the oralization of this narration are investigated.
Oralization of characters and objects in discourse is a limited but important area. When the speaker encounters an object whose understanding needs to be explained, the object must first be introduced in discourse as an objective phenomenon, and then it must be traced through the inference of the narrative. The main question that arises in this research is how objects are introduced and followed in discourse? Also, we seek to know what are the characteristics of the word choice of female children and adults in the expression of the narrative? The zero hypotheses that can be considered in response are as follows:
  • Vocabulary selection is the same at the whole and part level for the two age groups.
  • The choice of vocabulary, including super-ordinate, hyponym, co- hyponym, pronoun and metaphor, is equal in both age groups.
  • The traces of the words’ identity in the first reference in the narration and in the subsequent references are equal in the two age groups.
2. Methodology
In this research, the participants' choice of words to refer to specific phenomena has been investigated. While words have meaning and significance, they participate only in a part of the general conceptualization and the complete understanding of the sentence depends on the Encyclopedic knowledge (Langacker, 1987). Rosch et al. (1976) state "Among all levels of abstraction in which anything can be classified, there is a level of abstraction where the most information is obtained with the least cognitive effort, which we call the ‘main’ level." In this research, this concept and the semantic relationship of hyponymy are used to evaluate word selection.
Eighty participants in two equal groups of girls and women participated in this study. The age of the child participants was 9 years and the age of the adult participants was 18 to 22 years. First, a 6-minute non-verbal film "Pear Film" was shown to participants. Before showing the film, participants were told that they were going to see a film and then tell the researcher what they had seen. Finally, the recorded data were transcribed in the same way as dialogs.
Just as it is possible to break the "picking" process into several sub-events, it is also possible to refer to the participants in each process as a whole or as part of the whole. For example, when it was said "gardener", the word was placed in the whole (human) category, but the phrase "hand" was placed in the part category. Finally, in the discussion of word choice, the concept of identity trace is introduced, that is, the word used at the beginning of a narrative to refer to a particular case, is it repeated in the same way until the end or are they replaced by other words that convey the same meaning? To investigate this case, it was enough to examine the identity of the word pear in 80 narrations.

3. Results
The results of this study can be summarized as follows:
  •  Although there are only 7 actors in front of the multitude of objects and situations in the story, the reference to human beings has the most attention and focus;
  •  There is no relationship between the words used and the age group (child and adult) at the whole level.
  •  In contrast, there is a significant relationship between the words used and the age group (child and adult) at the part level and the choice of words depended on the age group
  •  In narration when there is more than one lexical choice, speakers prefer to refer to phenomena using words with a moderate degree of abstraction. It was seen that the choice of vocabulary level depends on the age group
  •  The data showed that there was no relationship between the onset of the term and the age variable (child and adult).
  •  According to the data, there is a significant relationship between the identity of the words used and the age variable (child and adult).
In fact, the two groups have focused differently on expressing a single concept. From the obtained results, it can be concluded that in general, lexical knowledge is not the same in the two identified age groups. This difference should logically be taken into account in the design of textbooks, storybooks, games, and anything in the realm of words related to children of this age

Abstract

Poor lubrication is known as an important factor in the bearings failure. Therefore, it is very important to detect the lubrication condition. Hydrodynamic lubrication, mixed lubrication and boundary lubrication are the basic regimes of the fluid film lubrication. In a proper condition, development of hydrodynamic pressure is adequate to support the load and the bearings operate under hydrodynamic lubrication condition. However, in most situations, they operate in mixed lubrication or boundary lubrication regime and have metal-to-metal contact. To establish these regimes, using the so-called Stribeck curve is a useful method. In this curve, the oil film thickness is proportional to the lubricant viscosity and sliding velocity and inversely proportional to the applied load. However, distinguish of the exact range of hydrodynamic lubrication regime from mixed and boundary regime using this curve and relation related to the sliding bearings, due to high number of affecting design factors and operating parameters is difficult. The present study focused on the acoustic emission measuring method in order to monitoring the lubrication conditions in a type of journal bearings. Thus, condition monitoring of the journal bearing lubrication is provided and the numerical value of operating variables of the bearing for lubrication regime change from hydrodynamic to mixed is achieved. Using wavelet method, frequency features for each regime is identified. Then, for each lubrication regime, metal-to-metal contact detection is performed.

Abstract

In this paper, the effect of government intervention in the banking sector (financial repression) on banks’ financial stability is investigated during 2001-2013. To measure the index of government intervention in the banking sector, three variables including real interest rate, credits directed by banks and government debt to banks are combined using principal component analysis. Furthermore, the z-score index is applied to measure the financial stability in the banks. Data are extracted from balance sheets and income statements of the banks. Results from a panel of 14 banks show that the intervention of government in the banking sector is of significantly negative effect on financial stability of these banks and therefore increases their financial vulnerability. Moreover, an increase in size of bank improves the financial stability, but higher debt-to-asset ratio increases the banks’ financial vulnerability.

Abstract

The effects of Zinc Oxide (ZnO) and E. Coli-derived 6-phytase supplemented-diet on the reproductive performance in aged broiler breeder hens and on immune responses of their progeny chicks were studied. In a 2×4 factorial arrangement, 2 inclusion levels (0 or 300 U kg-1 diet) of E. coli-derived phytase and 4 inclusion levels (30, 60, 90, and 120 mg kg-1 diet) of ZnO were provided from 62 throughout 72 weeks of age. A total of 128 hens were randomly assigned into 8 dietary treatments with 4 replicates of 4 hens each. During 66 to 71 weeks of age, egg production and egg weights were daily recorded. Results showed that ZnO and ZnO×phytase interaction affected the egg weight and fertility rate (P< 0.01). Adding ZnO and phytase to diet increased the relative weight of bursa of Fabricius and liver in the hatchlings. Also, the interactive effect of ZnO and phytase on the relative weight of heart was significantly affected by the hatchlings (P< 0.01). In conclusion, dietary supplementation of ZnO and E. coli-derived 6-phytase profoundly improved the fertility rate in aged broilers breeder hens, although the effects on immunity of their progeny were negligible.

Abstract

In the present study, to optimize the lycopene and phenolic compounds extraction from tomato paste, pulsed electric field in different intensities including 2, 4, 6 KW. Cm-1 and different pulse numbers including 10, 30, 60 were designed and applied. Therefore the extraction efficiency of lycopene and phenolic compounds, DPPH free radical scavenging activity as well as ferric reducing activity of the extracted oil were predicted. The statistical analysis and optimization process with the use of response surface methodology were performed. The achieved results presented that with enhancements in pulsed electric field intensity, at the beginning parameters including the efficiency of lycopene extraction and phenolic compounds extraction, DPPH free radical scavenging activity and ferric reducing power increased and then showed reductions. With enhancements in pulse number, at the beginning lycopene extraction slightly decreased then showed enhancements, but the phenolic compounds extraction rate as well as DPPH free radical scavenging activity increased slightly. The achieved results of optimization process expressed that to obtain extracts with high quantities of lycopene and phenolic compounds, pulsed electric field and pulse number should be set on 3.7 KW. Cm-1 and 6 respectively to achieve the desirability value equals to 0.915. Finally the achieved results of the comparison of control sample with the treated ones expressed that,  treated sample with pulsed electric field presented higher quantities for the extracted lycopene and phenolic compounds, DPPH free radical scavenging activity as well as reducing power (111.4, 45.64, 146.28 and 73.43) compared to the standard samples.
