Abstract
In the space of smart cities, many previous patterns of citizens' lives have undergone fundamental changes.
The purpose of this study is to explain the patterns of policy in national and local dimensions (city) in these cities and provide the best policy model in all dimensions for smart cities. In order to answer the question, what is the appropriate policy model for smart cities in national and local dimensions ? Using descriptive-analytical method, this research has identified policy models in smart cities based on cyberspace policy models in national (country governance) and local (city) dimensions. In the national dimension, three models (free, participatory and control) and in the local dimension, one model (web-based) have been identified and the advantages and disadvantages of each have been mentioned.
Also, considering that the smart city is based on the geographical space of current cities, a combined model in the national and urban dimension can be the best model for policy-making in and around these cities. The hybrid policy model describes the sum of the structural linkage processes between the physical space of the city and the intelligent space resulting from the use of new technologies, especially cyberspace. In this sense, the links and relations that are established between these two spaces at the national and local levels require political actors to adopt a mixed policy model

Abstract
The present paper benefit from an analytical descriptive research methodology conducted in field method with the purpose of examining linguistics competence and its pragmatic approaches application in forensic linguistics discourse in order to assess various persuasion techniques used by lawyers in penal courts of Iran to persuade judges. The data of the research gathered from20 open sessions of Shiraz city court rooms which contains 2112 sentences altogether which 654 sentences belonging to lawyers, 351 sentences to the judges, 987 to the accused and 120 sentences to the plaintiffs. In the present study .only the sentences used by the lawyers have been assessed in terms of verbal and non- verbal persuasion techniques analysis. Also the researcher has been trying to answer the question :"How actors use verbal(syntax .semantics and pragmatics) and non-verbal methods to achieve their goals and persuade each other .Findings of the study indicated that the lawyers employ verbal techniques such as use of legal acts and pragmatics approaches such as :exclusion ,inclusion ,nominalization , emphasis on remorse, denial of accused s offence and non-verbal methods in court room discourse in the realm of forensic linguistics.

Abstract
Aims: One of the challenges of today's world and also global health priorities is pandemicity of AIDS. Studies have shown that the scope and breadth of the immune responses induction are very effective to protect against HIV. Moreover, simultaneous induction of humoral and cellular immunity responses increases the effectiveness of candidate HIV vaccines. Hence, new approaches such as polyepitopic vaccine strategy and addition of different adjuvants in HIV vaccines’ formulations have been recently considered.
Materials and Methods: In the present study, eukaryotic expression vector (pcDNA3.1-tat/pol/gag/env) was transformed and amplified in the prokaryotic host cells E. coli (DH5α). After vector extraction, it was concentrated and formulated alone and in combination with Alum adjuvant and used as DNA candidate vaccines. DNA candidate vaccines were, then, subcutaneously injected to the BALB/c mice on 0, 14, and 28 days and elicited humoral and cellular immunity responses were finally evaluated.
Findings: The results showed that the candidate DNA vaccine could not efficiently induce immunity responses (both humoral and cellular responses) by subcutaneous route injection.
Conclusion: This observation can be due to a defect in each of the steps of vector harvesting by the target cell to express the surface presentation of the epitopes on the one hand, or the inefficiency of the subcutaneous injection method on the other. Therefore, other vaccines’ injection and deliveries routes along with addition of other adjuvants in vaccine’s formulations could induce immunity responses efficiently and increase vaccine efficacy.
