تاثیر استفاده از اسانس پوست لیموترش (Citrus limon) در جیره بر عملکرد رشد، فراسنجه‌های خونی و بیوشیمیایی سرم و آنزیم‌های کبدی ماهی جوان قزل‌آلای رنگین کمان (Oncorhynchus mykiss)

چکیده
اهداف: هدف از این تحقیق، بررسی تاثیر استفاده از اسانس پوست لیموترش (Citrus limon) در جیره غذایی بر رشد، فراسنجه­های خونی، برخی از فراسنجه­های بیوشیمیایی سرمی و آنزیم­های کبدی ماهیان جوان قزل‌آلای‌ رنگین‌کمان (Oncorhynchus mykiss) مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. مواد و روش­ها: برای این منظور 144 قطعه قزل‌آلای رنگین‌کمان با وزن متوسط 41/0± 05/95 گرم به طور تصادفی در 4 تیمار حاوی سطوح مختلف اسانس پوست لیموترش شامل صفر (شاهد)، 200، 400 و600 میلی‌گرم اسانس پوست لیموترش بر کیلوگرم جیره ذخیره‌ و به مدت هشت هفته تغذیه ‌شدند. یافته­ها: نتایج نشان داد بیشترین میزان فاکتورهای رشد در تیمار حاوی 400 و 600 میلی­گرم اسانس پوست لیموترش مشاهده شد (05/0>p). افزودن اسانس در جیره، فراسنجه­های خونی به جز MCV، MCH و MCHC و سرمی به جز گلوکز، تری­گلیسرید و کورتیزول را نسبت به تیمار شاهد افزایش داد (05/0>p) آنزیم­های کبدی ALT و AST در تیمارهای حاوی اسانس و LDH در تیمارهای حاوی 400 و 600 میلی­گرم اسانس تفاوت معنی­داری با تیمار شاهد نداشت (05/0<p)، اما میزان ALP در تیمارهای حاوی اسانس افزایش معنی­داری نسبت به شاهد نشان داد (05/0>p). نتیجه­گیری: به طور کلی نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که استفاده از 400 میلی­گرم اسانس در جیره ماهی قزل­آلای رنگین­کمان می­تواند بدون تاثیر منفی بر کبد موجب بهبود رشد، فراسنجه­های خونی و برخی از فراسنجه­های سرمی گردد.
