عملکرد انکوباسیونی و رشد لارو ماهی قرمز (Carassius auratus Linnaeus, 1758) تحت تاثیر دما‌های مختلف

چکیده
دمای آب عامل اصلی زیست محیطی حاکم بر توسعه تخم ماهی می­باشد. در این مطالعه، تاثیر دمای انکوباسیون بر درصد لقاح، نرخ تخم گشایی و رشد در ماهی قرمز (Carassius auratus) بررسی شد. تخم کشی و اسپرم کشی با تزریق اواپریم و با روش تکثیر مصنوعی انجام شد. تخم­ها در چهار دمای ثابت (21، 24، 27 و 30 درجه سانتی­گراد) با 3 تکرار برای هر تیمار دمایی لقاح داده شده، انکوباسیون شده و 40 روز در همان دما­ها پرورش یافتند. لارو­ها در همان آکواریوم­هایی که تفریخ شده بودند و تحت همان شرایط دمایی به مدت 40 روز رشد یافتند. نتایج نشان داد که هیچ تفاوت معنی داری در درصد لقاح تخم­های انکوباسیون شده در دما­های مختلف مشاهده نشد اما بیشترین درصد لقاح (97%) در دمای 24 درجه سانتی­گراد و کمترین درصد لقاح (94%) در دمای 21 درجه سانتی­گراد دیده شد. بیشترین زمان لازم برای چشم زدگی و تخم گشایی در دمای 21 درجه سانتی­گراد و کمترین زمان مورد نیاز در دمای 30 درجه سانتی­گراد ثبت شد (05/0 P <). بالاترین درصد تخم گشایی (4/74%) در دمای 24 درجه سانتی گراد دیده شد و با افزایش دمای آب، درصد تخم گشایی کاهش یافت (05/0 P <). اگرچه تیمار دمایی 30 درجه سانتی­گراد بیشترین رشد طولی، وزنی و نرخ رشد ویژه را نسبت به سایر تیمار­های دمایی نشان داد اما بالاترین میزان ناهنجاری (13%) نیز در این تیمار دیده شد. در مجموع، بهترین دمای انکوباسیون تخم ماهی قرمز دمای 24 درجه سانتی­گراد و بهترین دما برای پرورش لارو دمای 27 درجه سانتی­گراد است.
