اولین گزارش بیماری‌زایی باکتری (Aeromonas veronii Hickman-Brenner, 1987) غیر متحرک در بچه-ماهی خاویاری استرلیاد پرورشی (Acipenser ruthenus Linnaeus, 1758) در ساری

چکیده
این مطالعه در پی دریافت گزارشی از تلفات در بچه­ماهی خاویاری گونه استرلیاد (Acipenser ruthenus) یک مزرعهِ­ی پرورش ماهی واقع در شهرستان ساری-مازندران در فروردین ماه سال 1400، به منظور جداسازی و شناسایی عامل بیماری­زا در بچه ماهی خاویاری استرلیاد (A. ruthenus) پرورشی بیمار صورت پذیرفت. نمونه ­برداری از 20 قطعه بچه ماهی گونه­ی استرلیاد (A. ruthenus) بیمار انجام شد. علائم بالینی ثبت شد و به دنبال آن، کالبدشکافی، نمونه­برداری از بافت­های کلیه و کبد، کشت باکتریایی، تست بیوشیمیایی،آزمون حساسیت دارویی، جداسازی ژنوم و توالی­یابی ژن Sr RNA16 انجام شد. جدایه­ی مورد آزمون با 1418 جفت باز (bp) به عنوان سویه­ای غیرمتحرک از باکتری A. veronii شناسایی شد و در بانک جهانی ژن ( NCBI) با نام Aeromonas veronii TMU000126 ثبت گردید. این سویه از باکتری نسبت به آنتی­بیوتیک فلورفنیکل حساسیت و نسبت به آنتی­بیوتیک­های تری متوپرایم-سولفامتوکسازول، اکسی­تتراسیکلین، داکسی­سیکلین و فسفومایسین مقاومت نشان داد. نتایج نشان دادند که سویه­ی غیرمتحرک این باکتری نیز همانند سویه­ی متحرک آن، عامل بیماری و ایجاد تلفات در ماهی خاویاری استرلیاد (A. ruthenus) شد. طبق مطالعات در دسترس، ممکن است این مطالعه را بتوان اولین مطالعه بر روی بیماری ماهی خاویاری گونه­ی استرلیاد (A. ruthenus) با در نظر گرفتن بیماری­زایی سویه ­ی غیرمتحرک گونه­ی A. veronii در نظر گرفت.
