ارزیابی مصرف تیلاپیا و رابطه مصرف آن با برخی ویژگی‎های جمعیت شناختی

چکیده
اهداف: هدف مطالعه حاضر ارزیابی میزان مصرف ماهی تیلاپیا و رابطه مقدار مصرف آن با برخی از ویژگی‎های جمعیت‎شناختی مانند جنسیت، سن، شغل، تحصیلات، وضعیت تاهل، شغل، تعداد افراد خانوار و درآمد است.

روشها: جامعه آماری این تحقیق کل کشور است پرسشنامه طراحی و به صورت الکترونیکی از طریق فضای مجازی برای افراد فرستاده شد. برای ارزیابی تعداد دفعات خرید ماهی در سال و همچنین میزان هر مرتبه خرید از خروجی نرم‎افزار SPSS و جهت بررسی وجود رابطه معنی‎دار بین مقدار مصرف و ویژگی‎های جمعیت‎شناختی از آزمون‎های همبستگی استفاده گردید.

یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که اکثر پاسخدهندگان زن، متاهل با سن 20 تا 35 سال، کارمند و دارای مدرک تحصیلی لیسانس و فوق لیسانس هستند. شغل اغلب آنها کارمند و دارای درآمد بین 3 تا 6 میلیون تومان هستند. همچنین مشخص شد که اغلب خانوارهای جامعه مصرف (54 درصد) تا 20 بار در سال ماهی خریداری می‎کنند. میانگین تعداد دفعات خرید ماهی در سال توسط خانوارهای جامعه مصرف 45 مرتبه بود. بیشتر خانوارهای جامعه مصرف در هر مرتبه خرید، 2 کیلوگرم ماهی خریداری می‎کنند. تعداد خانوارهایی که در هر مرتبه خرید بیش از 10 کیلوگرم ماهی مصرف می‎کنند کم و 3/3 درصد بود. بنابر اطلاعات به دست آمده میانگین مقدار ماهی در هر مرتبه خرید 8 کیلوگرم محاسبه شد و در نهایت مصرف سرانه تیلاپیا در خانواده های مصرف کننده این ماهی 2/4 کیلوگرم بدست آمد.
