اثرات مصرف خوراکی سدیم دی فرمات و اسید سیتریک بر برخی شاخص‌های ایمنی مخاطی پوست قزل‌آلای رنگین کمان (Oncorhynchus mykiss) تحت چالش با عامل یرسینیوزیس

چکیده
پژوهش پیش رو با هدف بررسی اثرات مصرف خوراکی سدیم دی فرمات همراه با اسید سیتریک بر برخی شاخصهای ایمنی مخاطی (پروتئین کل، ایمونوگلوبولین کل (TIg)، لایزوزیم، پروتئاز، استراز و آلکالین فسفاتاز (ALP)) پوست قزل‌آلای رنگین کمان تحت چالش با عامل یرسینیوزیس (Yersinia rucheri) انجام شده است. پس از تعیین میانه دوز کشنده (LD50) هفت روزه Yersinia ruckeri ماهیان به طور تصادفی در قالب هشت تیمار و دو تکرار ذخیرهسازی شدند. افزودن اسیدی کنندهها (Acidifiers) به صورت منفرد با دوز0/2 درصد و توامان 0/1+0/1 درصد به خوراک تجاری بوده است. مدت زمان 5 روز پس از تلقیح، خوراک دهی ماهیان با اسیدی فایرها آغاز شد و پس از گذشت 15 روز، از موکوس پوست ماهیان بیهوش شده، نمونه برداشته شده و شاخص‌های ایمنی سنجیده شدند.. در آزمایش اصلی، یافتهها حاکی از وجود اثر معنیدار سدیم دی فرمات بر افزایش سطح پروتئین کل و فعالیت پروتئازی مخاط ماهیان سالم و بیمار بود. جیره غذایی حاوی اسیدی فایرها با دارا بودن ظرفیت هم‌افزایی، سبب القای TIg مخاطی گردید. به نظر می‌رسد که مصرف دست کم 15 روزه اسیدی فایر خوراکی سدیم دی فرمات در دوز 0/2 درصد جیره غذایی به تنهایی یا به صورت توام با اسید سیتریک (دوز 0/1+0/1 درصد) می‌تواند سبب بهبود بیشتر شاخص‌های ایمنی مخاطی پوست شود، که برآیند آن نیز افزایش درصد زنده مانی ماهیان قزل‌آلای پرورشی است.
