سنجش و مقایسه فلزات سنگین Cd، Pb و Ni در دو گونه Cryptocentrus cyanotaenia Bleeker, 1853 و Boleophthalmus dussumieri Valenciennes, 1837 از خانواده گاوماهیان در آب های ساحلی استان هرمزگان

چکیده
خانواده گاوماهیان در اکوسیستم­های ساحلی دارای بسترهای گلی لجنی و اکوسیستم حرا نقش قابل ملاحظه­ای بازی می­کنند و همچنین در زنجیره غذایی در این مناطق دارای نقش کلیدی می­باشند. آنها را به عنوان یک پایشگر فلزات سنگین می شناسند. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی فلزات کادمیم، سرب و نیکل در عضله دو گونه از خانواده گاو ماهیان شاملCryptocentrus cyanotaenia در جزیره هرمز وBoleophthalmus dussumieri در بندر خمیر انجام شد. در مجموع از هر گونه 30 عدد از ماهیان در هر منطقه جمع آوری و پس از زیست سنجی و مراحل آماده سازی و هضم جهت تعیین میزان غلظت فلزات نیکل، کادمیوم و سرب توسط دستگاه جذب اتمی آنالیز شدند. در این پژوهش مقایسه هایی بین غلظت فلزات با حداکثر88/1± 10/13 و حداقل 20/1 ±85/2 میکروگرم بر گرم بترتیب سرب و کادمیوم در عضله B. dussumieri بدست آمد. بیشترین وکمترین 96/1± 13/12 و83/0± 86/2بترتیب برای سرب و کادمیوم در عضله C.cyanotaenia ثبت شد. با بررسی همبستگی بین غلظت فلزات در عضله گونه‌ها مشخص شد ارتباط مثبت و معنی داری بین غلظت فلزات در عضله و زیست سنجی (طول کل و وزن کل) آن‌ها وجود دارد. نتایج نشان داد که خانواده گاو ماهیان مورد مطالعه پایشگرهای زیستی مناسبی برای فلزات نیکل، کادمیوم و سرب هستند.
